The sweet blossom comes with the cool autumn wind. On the afternoon of September 28th, Sun Qingfeng, Secretary of the Party Committee of ZFAI, and Hong Guanxin, Director of ZFAI went to the Apartment Building to cordially express concerns to the new foreign teachers of the Institute and extended holiday greetings and good wishes to them.
Secretary Sun Qingfeng and President Hong Guanxin welcomed and thanked the foreign teachers for coming to Hangzhou and supporting the construction and development of the Institute, carefully inquiring about the working and living conditions of the foreign teachers at Hangzhou International Campus of Beihang University and presenting them with Mid-Autumn Festival gift packages. Secretary Sun Qingfeng said that this was the most pleasant season in Hangzhou. He hoped that foreign teachers would fall in love with Hangzhou, integrate into campus life as soon as possible, and constantly improve their sense of gain, satisfaction and happiness in working and living in Hangzhou. President Hong Guanxin said that the Institute would constantly improve the service mechanism and policies and measures for foreign teachers so that foreign teachers who came to Hangzhou could work smoothly, live comfortably, find their own positions and develop their own strengths.
Most of the foreign teachers came to China for the first time. They expressed sincere gratitude to the Institute for its warm welcome, care and support, and said that they would strive to contribute their talents to the talent education of Beihang University and be witnesses, participants and contributors to the high-quality development of the Institute.
With the advent of the Mid-Autumn Festival and the National Day, the Institute expressed concerns to all local faculty and staff and extended warm Mid-Autumn Festival blessings. In the student apartment, the Institute also organized activities such as making handmade lanterns, guessing lantern riddles, sending thoughts with postcards, etc. The bright smiles of the students added warmth to the campus in early autumn.
